1. What these technologies are
Cookies and browser storage remember information between requests or visits. Fielduro also uses similar identifiers in local storage. We classify them by purpose, not by convenience to us.
2. Strictly necessary
These technologies support authentication, password recovery, security, rate limiting, billing state, Stripe checkout continuity, your selected locale or currency, local document drafts, and your cookie choice. They are active because the requested service cannot work reliably or securely without them.
3. Analytics and session replay
With consent, Fielduro uses Amplitude to understand page views and important product actions and to replay a masked representation of navigation. Form values, document previews, customer details, and other marked sensitive areas are excluded. Analytics remain off when you reject or have not chosen.
4. Operational monitoring
Sentry error monitoring is used to keep the service secure and reliable. It is configured without replay or default personal information, scrubs sensitive fields, and uses only the authenticated user UUID when needed to investigate an error. It is not used for advertising or behavioural analytics.
5. Marketing
Fielduro does not currently use advertising cookies or cross-site behavioural advertising tools. We will update this policy and request consent before introducing them.
6. Change your choice
Rejecting analytics does not affect core product access. Withdrawal stops future optional collection and asks the analytics SDK to opt out.
