How to delete your Fielduro account.
Deletion is permanent. Export anything you need first. You can delete your account even with an active subscription.
- Open Account and privacy.On mobile, open More. On web or Mac, open Settings. Choose Account and privacy, then Delete account.
- Export anything you need.Download your account data and any PDFs before continuing. This step is optional.
- Review your subscription.Website subscriptions are canceled during deletion. Apple and Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately using the subscription-management links. You do not have to wait for paid access to end.
- Verify your login email.Request a six-digit code and enter it in Fielduro within ten minutes. Apple and Google accounts do not need a Fielduro password.
- Confirm permanent deletion.Acknowledge that deletion cannot be undone, then choose Permanently delete account. Keep the screen open until confirmation appears. If interrupted, return to the deletion page and retry.
What deletion means
Your Fielduro account, workspace and uploaded files are removed from active systems. Shared document links stop working. Copies already downloaded or emailed to recipients cannot be recalled. Connected payment accounts are not closed and their funds are not removed.
Cleanup of identifiable analytics and diagnostic data is handled through our provider-erasure process. Limited billing, security, email-delivery, backup, or legal records may remain where required. Retained data stays protected and is not used to reopen your account.
