1. Who may use Fielduro

Fielduro is offered by AppWrapp, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its registered office at 651 N Broad St, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709, United States, only for trade, business, craft, or professional purposes. Eligible users include autónomos, sole traders, freelancers, tradespeople, and companies. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to accept these Terms for yourself or the business you represent. Fielduro subscriptions are not offered for personal, family, or household use. A person who only receives or views a document from a Fielduro business does not need a Fielduro account and is not subscribing to the service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

3. The service

Fielduro helps service businesses create, store, share, send, convert, and track estimates, work orders, invoices, and receipts. It also supports manual payment records and optional Stripe-connected invoice payments. Fielduro is not accounting, tax, legal, banking, debt-collection, or financial advice. You remain responsible for your prices, measurements, taxes, document content, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

4. Your content and customers

You keep ownership of the business details, customer information, documents, files, and other content you submit. You give AppWrapp a limited right to host, copy, transmit, render, and process that content only to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Notice and DPA. You must have a lawful basis to upload customer information and provide any notices your customers require.

5. Plans and limits

The Free plan includes up to three saved documents. Solo includes the features shown on the current Pricing page. Limits apply per account and may not be bypassed by creating duplicate accounts or manipulating requests. We may change plan features or limits prospectively, but we will provide reasonable notice when a material change affects a paid plan.

6. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Stripe processes subscription payments. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You can cancel through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the available free experience. Subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated for partial periods, except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. AppWrapp may approve a refund or account credit in an exceptional case at its discretion, but doing so does not create a right to a refund in another case. Failed payments may cause restricted access after reasonable retry and notice.

7. Invoice payments and Stripe Connect

If you connect your own Stripe account, your customer pays that connected business directly. Fielduro does not hold or route the business’s invoice funds and currently does not add a Fielduro transaction fee. Stripe processing, dispute, refund, reserve, and payout terms apply separately. You are responsible for customer refunds, chargebacks, taxes, and payment compliance.

8. Shared links and email

Customer links are intended for the recipient and may contain business or customer information. You are responsible for choosing recipients and revoking links when appropriate. Do not use Fielduro to send spam, deceptive invoices, or unlawful collection messages.

9. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate abuse, restrict risky features, preserve required records, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service.

10. Intellectual property

AppWrapp and its licensors own Fielduro, including its software, design, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the service during your account term. Feedback may be used without obligation, but we will not identify you publicly without permission.

11. Availability and warranties

We work to keep Fielduro available and accurate, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppWrapp disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. AppWrapp’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the fees you paid to AppWrapp for Fielduro in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to fraud, wilful misconduct, or liabilities that cannot be limited.

13. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify AppWrapp against third-party claims arising from your unlawful content, deceptive or unauthorized invoices, violation of another person’s rights, or material breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

14. Termination and data

You may stop using Fielduro at any time and may export or delete your account through Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory law requires another forum. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to give the other 30 days to attempt a good-faith resolution.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service and cancel any paid subscription.
