No. With Stripe Connect, the customer's payment goes directly to the service business's connected Stripe account.

Can I track cash or bank transfer?

Yes. Solo supports manual payment records for cash, bank transfer, cheque, or a card paid elsewhere, with optional private proof.

Does my customer need a Fielduro account?

No. The customer can open the secure link, review the document, download its PDF, and print it without creating an account.
